Why Us
State-of-the-Art Laboratory Infrastructure
Unique Specialized Research Facilities
The CSP stands out with specialized units like the Molluscarium (maintaining over 5,000 snails) and the Bioterium. These allow for complex in-vivo studies and life-cycle research that are essential for developing prevention mechanisms against schistosomiasis.
International Quality & Safety Standards
Research integrity is at our core. Our facilities operate under strict ISO 15189 accreditation, Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) compliance, and Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) protocols, guaranteeing reliable, reproducible, and safe scientific results.
Proven High-Volume Expertise
With the capacity to process over 500 diagnostic samples per week and support 40+ active collaborators, the CSP has the proven operational scale and technical expertise to manage large-scale international research projects efficiently.
