All registration for the Schistosomiasis Conference must be submitted through the online registration form. Please REGISTER HERE!
Registration Fees
Students 10,000 - FCFA (17 US Dollars)
Standard (Nationals) 25,000 - FCFA (41 US Dollars)
Standard (Internationals) 50,000 - FCFA (81 US Dollars)
Please note that registration fees can only be paid on-site, so there will be no online payment or bank transfer. Participants are expected to indicate on their registration form, what category they fall into and fees can be paid in our office before the day of the conference, otherwise, payment shall be collected on the day of the conference at Mont Febe Hotel.
The registration fees will include:
- Access to all conference events/activities.
- Conference bag, document and name badge.
- Light Lunch (Wednesday and Thursday).
Information for Students
It is important to note that the symposium is also open to Masters and PhD students in the a variety of disciplines such as Parasitology, Medicine, Biological Science, Social sciences, Ecology, Geography, and Economics.
Cancellation Information
Substitutions may be made at any given time but please inform the conference secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel your registration, please notify the conference secretariat immediately. Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing via email.
